Our Arts Innovation and Management (AIM) Puerto Rico program, in partnership with Flamboyan Arts Fund, empowers participating cultural organizations in Puerto Rico to continue to thrive and serve their local communities. Through AIM, dance company Andanza restructured and created a new strategic plan, which already led to doubling revenue from their gala.
